22nd June 2016 - Ironman Training Weekend
So last weekend saw myself and several of my Ironman athletes complete an Ironman Training Weekend.
This involved a non-stop 3.8km swim on Friday night followed by a 1 hour hilly bike ride.
Then up early on Saturday morning for a 100 mile ride followed by a 10k run.
And then up early on Sunday morning for a ½ marathon.
And guess what – we all survived and finished strong.
